Hunt & Gather Sdn Bhd is looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong track record in enterprise product design to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will own the end-to-end design process — from Discovery and Sprint 0 through to high-fidelity delivery — shaping complex workflows into intuitive, scalable digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of user research, systems thinking, and visual craft, and will directly influence the quality and direction of our core product suite.
What you'll do
- Lead Sprint 0 Design Sprint sessions — including problem framing, assumption mapping, and rapid concept validation — in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Translate enterprise user research, stakeholder interviews, and data insights into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interaction prototypes
- Design and maintain a coherent design system that scales across multiple enterprise modules and user roles
- Deliver pixel-accurate, developer-ready UI specifications using Figma, ensuring design intent is preserved through implementation
- Conduct usability testing and synthesise findings to iterate on designs with measurable improvements to task completion and user satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Champion UX best practices and contribute to raising the design maturity of the broader product team
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience with at least 2 years working on enterprise or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Sprint 0 or Design Sprint methodologies, with the ability to drive structured ideation and alignment sessions
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise workflows — dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, role-based access flows, or multi-step processes
- Solid grounding in user research methods: contextual inquiry, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and synthesis frameworks
- Working knowledge of interaction design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating within Agile or Scrum delivery teams
What you get
- Competitive salary of MYR 6,500 – 9,500 depending on experience
- Flexible working arrangements with a Kuala Lumpur city-centre base
- Annual learning and development budget for courses, tools, and conferences
- Medical and dental coverage
- Clear career progression pathway within a scaling product organisation
- Collaborative, flat team culture with direct access to product and leadership decisions
