Asiamost Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Chargeman PW2, PW4, A0, A1 & A4) to support firefighting and electrical systems in our facilities.

You will ensure safety and quality compliance, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and BAS/BMS systems, and help with GMP-style documentation and SOPs. Ideal candidate has a degree in electrical/electronics and 2–3 years’ experience, plus supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in electrical & electronics engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience with facilities systems in manufacturing or pharma environments.
• 2–3 years of experience supervising facilities division in high-volume production.
• Chargeman certificate is an advantage.
• Strong PC and troubleshooting skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.
• Carry out and plan preventative maintenance and repairs for building systems (HVAC, electrical, BMS/EMS).
• Troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems with hands-on approach.
• Maintain pharmaceutical documentation work: deviations, investigations, SOPs, PM planners.
• Monitor BAS/BMS and related control systems; ensure safe project execution.
• Assist in drills and coordinate with EHSS and contractors as needed.
• Support calibration and energy-related activities; liaise with contractors.
