Job summary

Plus Xnergy Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a graphic design-oriented intern to assist with marketing visuals, decks and digital assets. You will create and edit short-form videos for campaigns, and help shape brand storytelling while aligning with brand guidelines.

The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery and consistency across outputs. A diploma or degree in graphic design is preferred, with CapCut as a bonus and a keen eye for social media

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; CapCut is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color and composition.

Create and edit short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Reels, promotional clips) to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. Assist in content ideation and contribute creative concepts for campaigns and social media.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of visual content.

Maintain consistency in branding across all design and video outputs.

Support ad-hoc creative tasks and campaign executions when required.

Requirements

Academic Qualification:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut (bonus).

Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color, composition).

Interest in social media trends and short-form video content.

Creative mindset with good attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experiences

Experience in graphic, motion graphics, or animation, video shooting (bonus).

Familiarity with branding and digital marketing concepts in any B2C service line.
