Job summary

Exis Tech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a seasoned pre-sales engineer to support IC testers and test solutions. You will communicate with customers in Mandarin, English, and Korean/Japanese, and help translate technical needs into actionable product requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in semiconductor ATE or related equipment, strong communication and travel readiness, and the ability to coordinate between sales, R&D, and customers to drive win rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of experience in semiconductor ATE equipment or related test equipment usage and promotion.
Solid understanding of IC testing technologies; experience in test development for analog/mixed-signal, digital, or SoC products preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt to short-term business travel.
Some team management experience is a plus; relevant customer resources are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for IC testers and test solutions; conduct feasibility assessments for testing technologies.
Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships; engage in technical communication regarding equipment functions and specifications.
Organize technical training for customers and internal teams; bridge between sales, R&D and end customers; support sales targets.
Monitor technologies and competitor solutions; deliver research reports and propose requirements for new product development.
