Job summary

SHENLING ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.

is seeking an on-site multilingual translator and training specialist to support project execution, commissioning and after-sales service in Malaysia. You will provide interpretation across Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia during installations, train local staff, translate and review technical documents, and help develop training materials and knowledge resources for the service team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Translation, Languages, Communication, Engineering, Technical Education or a related field.
• Previous interpretation or translation experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical/electrical engineering, manufacturing, construction, data centres or other technical environments is an advantage.
• Strong consecutive interpretation and real-time communication ability.
• Able to organize information and prepare practical written, presentation or video training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia interpretation during equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical training.
• Support Chinese engineers in transferring maintenance experience, troubleshooting methods and operating practices to local service team.
• Convert practical technical experience into clear and structured materials, including operation guides, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting cases, training presentations and short training videos.
• Translate and review relevant technical documents between Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia where required.
• Assist in organizing technical training for new and existing local service employees and develop reusable training materials.
