London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks an Associate-level Indo-Malay Language Senior Analyst to deliver 24/7 application support for Workspace, DataScope and related products. You will handle usability, content search, restoration of workspace, and technical assistance across English, Indonesian, and Malay channels.
You will join a hybrid team with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, supporting customers via phone, chat and email across markets in Indonesia and Malaysia, with opportunities
Competenze
- Fluent in English, Indonesian and Malay for customer interactions.
- University degree in finance, markets or business required or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or contact centres preferred; financial/IT background advantageous.
- Familiarity with SaaS desktop offerings is a plus.
Mansioni
- Respond to enquiries in Indonesian, Malay and English via phone, chat and email.
- Log and classify requests in the CRM system and route to the right teams.
- Provide high-quality product and data support across LSEG suites.
- Proactively update customers on status and outages and escalate as needed.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Adapt to flexible hours to cover Indonesia and Malaysia markets.
