The role requires at least 1 year in call centre or customer service, with Mandarin and English proficiency; Cantonese is a plus. You’ll build rapport, resolve issues, and help customers meet their needs while achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Call Centre / Customer Service experience.
• Good command of Mandarin and English.
• Cantonese-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling voice calls and communicating with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
