Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Possess certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in the unit per care plan.
• Carry out doctors' orders and ensure accurate handover at shift change.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and reassess patient conditions.
• Document nursing care clearly and contemporaneously in patient files.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide emotional support.
