Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Architect to participate in architectural design and develop concepts within the studio. The role involves managing design and production processes for the firm and coordinating with clients to ensure project goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of architecture experience, familiarity with the full architecture lifecycle, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Architecture.
• Experience in managing or delivering building projects.
• Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred.
• Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Involve in architectural designs and develop concepts within the company.
• Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients.
• A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts etc.
• Use your understanding of authority requirements to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permit approvals (such as KM submission, BP submission, etc)
• Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on the project team, helping them with any project-related inquiries as needed
