Job summary

SOUTH OCEAN TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the voice of our customers across TikTok Shop and other platforms. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Join a dynamic team and collaborate with Marketing, Livestream, and Operations to deliver timely solutions and maintain accurate customer records while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and replies across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Email, WhatsApp, and third-party platforms.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and after-sales enquiries.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional solutions to customers.
• Follow up on customer cases and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and achieve Customer Service KPIs.
• Support daily customer service operations and other duties assigned by the Team Lead.
