Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an Installation & Service Maintenance Care Manager to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair home appliances at customer locations across multiple sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and educate customers on proper use and basic maintenance.

The role requires travel, independence, and strong communication with customers and internal teams to meet service KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in home appliance installation and after-sales service maintenance.
• Technical Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications encouraged to apply.
• Ladies with preventive maintenance experience welcome to apply.
• Valid class D and E driving licenses.
• GDL license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair home appliances at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and technical inspections to ensure product performance.
• Attend service calls and customer appointments within the assigned territory.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs according to company standards.
• Educate customers on product usage and basic maintenance.
• Complete service reports and update job status accurately in the system.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service and achieve service quality targets.
• Manage and safeguard tools, equipment, spare parts, and company assets assigned for daily operations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality workmanship.
• Support ad hoc technical assignments, product campaigns, or improvement initiatives as assigned by management.
