Job summary

IGC HOLDING SDN. BHD is seeking a finance professional to own monthly closing for multiple entities in SQL Account. You will handle intercompany billing, eliminations, and consolidate group accounts, while building P&L segments and cash flow forecasts.

Qualified candidates will have ACCA/CPA/MIA or equivalent with 3+ years post-qualification, strong SQL Account, Excel skills, and experience in professional services. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA/MIA member or equivalent degree with at least 3 years post-qualification experience
• Hands-on month-end experience for multiple related companies including intercompany transactions and basic consolidation
• Strong SQL Account skills (or AutoCount / similar) and Excel proficiency
• Experience in a professional services firm, agency, or people-based business is a strong plus; audit background welcome
• Able to work independently and communicate directly with owners and partners; you will present numbers to the CEO
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking teams
• First-in-seat role with direct access to the CEO and partners; you will shape the function
• Exposure to a multi-entity group with its own software platform; finance structure matters
• Clear path to Group Finance Manager as the group grows

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly closing of all group entities in SQL Account, including intercompany billing and eliminations
• Build and maintain the group consolidated management accounts and segment P&L
• Reconcile and clear intercompany balances and balance transfer accounts
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support audit and tax deliverables
• Communicate financial insights to owners and partners and drive process improvements
