Job summary

Transcosmos Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service representative for the US market, supporting beauty and wellness projects. You will be the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries across channels and delivering excellent service.

The role requires at least a Diploma, with 1 year call center experience; English proficiency at CEFR C1; strong problem-solving, calm demeanor, and attention to detail. Training and ongoing development offered.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Diploma and above; SPM graduates are welcome.
• Minimum 1 year of call centre or customer service experience, preferably ecommerce.
• Strong written and spoken English; CEFR level C1 assessed during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Handle complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Seek process improvements to enhance service protocols.
• Meet individual and team performance targets including response times and CSAT.
