Job summary

GS Cycle Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Training & Sales Coordinator to develop and deliver engaging programs for new hires and staff, focusing on motorcycle product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.

You will support the sales team with demonstrations, create TikTok content for promotions, and stay current with industry trends. This onsite role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years in training, sales, or customer-facing role in automotive/motorcycle industry.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and adapt content to learning styles.
• Experience with sales techniques and track record of successful sales, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, especially TikTok, for content creation and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work onsite at GS Cycle Sdn. Bhd. and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Willingness to stay updated on motorcycle models, technologies, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in developing training materials and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior trainers in developing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for motorcycle product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and answer technical questions from potential customers.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media, focusing on TikTok to promote products and training initiatives.
• Gather feedback from trainees and sales staff to improve training materials and delivery methods.
• Maintain training records, track participant progress, and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on motorcycle industry trends to enhance training content.
