in Serdang, Selangor, is seeking an energetic Motorcycle Sales Advisor to help customers select the right bike and deliver a professional sales experience from initial enquiry through delivery and after-sales follow-up. You will handle showroom, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries; recommend models and financing options; explain features and ownership costs; arrange viewings, test rides, quotations, and handovers; and aim to achieve monthly sales and service

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Sales experience in motorcycles, automotive, retail or related field is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales drive are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Attend showroom, telephone, WhatsApp and online sales enquiries promptly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models and financing options.
Explain product features, specifications, promotions and ownership costs accurately.
Arrange showroom appointments, motorcycle viewings, test rides and quotations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.
Achieve individual monthly sales and customer-service targets.
Coordinate with Sales Administration, financing and workshop teams for documentation and delivery.
Conduct professional motorcycle handovers and build relationships post-delivery.
