Job summary

MFORCE BIKE HOLDINGS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Store Admin Assistant (Motorcycle Parts) to support spare parts sales and store operations in the Southern Region.

You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, receipts and invoices, receive payments, and assist with warranty claims, while updating sales reports in the system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, plus good communication in English and Malay, is essential.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office Tools.
• System SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Language ability in Mandarin or local dialects is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist motorcycle spare parts sales and store operations in the Southern Region.
• Attend to customers' enquiries via walk-in, phone, and other channels.
• Acknowledge receipt of orders placed by dealers.
• Check and reply mails.
• Receive payments and issue invoices/receipts.
• Assist in handling spare parts warranty claims.
• Update sales reports in the system.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
