Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional motorcycle repair experience.
• In-depth knowledge of motorcycle engines, electronics, and diagnostics.
• Leadership skills to guide and train junior staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for motorcycles and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain premium motorcycle brands (Triumph, Vespa, Aprilia, Kawasaki, KTM, Royal Enfield).
• Perform routine services, safety inspections, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Leading and mentoring junior mechanics to improve their skills.
• Ensuring all repair work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workshop.
• Assisting the service team with technical advice when needed.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest motorcycle technology and service methods.
