Job summary

Motul Malaysia is expanding its direct sales team for Motorcycle Oil (MCO) and seeks an energetic Area Sales Executive / Senior Executive to drive growth across Malaysia. You will manage direct retail accounts, dealers and workshops, aiming to meet revenue and distribution targets while developing new business opportunities in the MCO category.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in automotive lubricants or related industries.
• Experience with Motorcycle Oil (MCO) or automotive aftermarket is a plus.
• Strong field sales, territory management and channel development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow direct retail accounts, workshops and dealers within the territory.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume and distribution targets.
• Identify new customers, opportunities and channels to strengthen Motul’s MCO presence.
• Collaborate with National Sales Manager on territory planning and network expansion.
• Conduct market visits to strengthen relationships and capture market needs.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform actions.
• Plan and support local sales, trade marketing and promotions with Sales & Marketing teams.
• Provide product information, training coordination and commercial support to customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and account development plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Operations and Supply Chain for smooth execution.
