Qualifications

• A degree in business or finance.
• At least 3 years of mortgage business development experience or related field.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage market and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive mortgage sales growth.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and external partners.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with product teams to develop innovative mortgage products that meet customer needs.
• Providing training and support to our sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
