Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a production leader in plastic injection moulding responsible for setting up moulds, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting machines, and supervising a team to ensure daily production output and quality meet customer requirements.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in plastic injection moulding, with a background in operating moulds and guiding a team. The successful candidate will drive process improvements and coach staff to sustain production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in plastic injection moulding.
• Proficiency in setting up moulds and operating related equipment.
• Ability to supervise and educate a production team.

Responsibilities

• Set up moulds and ensure machines run in good condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Direct and coordinate a group of Technicians, Leaders and Operators.
• Liaise with QC and tool room on technical problems.
• Upgrade and educate team members' skills.
• Plan and supervise daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.

About you

Minimum of 5 years in plastic injection moulding

Primary / Secondary School SPM, "O" level, Higher Secondary STPM, A' Level / Pre-University, Professional Certificate or equivalent

Self discipline & able to execute production activity independent
