Responsibilities

• Implement NPI project management phases.
• Establish project team and plan for deliverables.
• Manage project performance for team members.
• Communicate with customers on project management.
• Improve and treat major production anomalies.
• Provide project support during quotation stage.
• Manage daily work and training in the project department.
• Allocate resources and coordinate communication.
