Job summary

Intel Contract Employee in Malaysia, Kulim, on-site role focusing on improving process and equipment performance of the SDx Module within KMDSDP. Drive continuous improvement for test equipment and module performance, aligning with NPI-NTI and high-volume manufacturing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or Materials Eng.
• Experience in semiconductor back-end assembly and tool/equipment qualification for NPI/NTI is a plus.
• Understanding of SPC, data analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience with DOE, FMEA, RCA is advantageous.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support by troubleshooting process and equipment NPI/NTI/HVM escalations; conduct detailed data analysis to resolve issues and ensure tools are production-ready.
