Intel Technology Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Module Equipment Technician for a contractual, onsite role based in Kulim, Kedah. The position focuses on maintaining and configuring production equipment, performing calibration, and supporting engineering experiments while adhering to published procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting on non-functioning production equipment.
• Perform setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Ability to work with precision instruments and equipment.
• Work with Module Engineering to execute experiments and equipment configuration changes, support data collection activities, and follow published procedures.

Module Equipment Technician (Contract in Kulim Only)

This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities.

Basic understanding of mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Performs setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.

Ability to work with precision instruments and equipment.

Works with Module Engineering to execute experiments and equipment configuration changes, supports data collection activities, and generally completes tasks per published procedures.

This is a contractual role, and with shift working hours.

Work location is in Kulim, Kedah.
