Job summary

Grab's Mobility and Supply Strategy team collaborates with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements and lead strategic projects enhancing mobility and growth.

The role blends strategy, analysis and execution to frame problems, build pragmatic plans, own end-to-end initiatives, and work with Marketing, Marketplace, Product and Ops to pilot and scale solutions that benefit driver-partners and passengers.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, framing & problem solving: Convert ambiguous opportunities into clear problem statements and testable frameworks.
• Project ownership: Define scope, build business cases, design pilots, set success criteria and manage timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Marketplace, Marketing, Ops etc.) to execute pilots and rollouts.
• Driver Lifecycle: Identifying gaps in the driver experience to ensure continuous contribution on Grab platform.
• Business analytics & insights: Conduct focused deep dives into conversion funnels, unit economics, pricing sensitivity and customer segments.
