Job summary

Aura Excellence Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to help customers choose the best mobile plans and devices while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.

You will promote redONE Postpaid, Prepaid, Device Bundles and 5G Home WiFi plans, handle registrations and MNP, and provide after-sales support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated with strong sales drive.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays on rotational shifts.
• Possess own transport is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell redONE Postpaid, Prepaid, Device Bundles and 5G Home WiFi plans.
• Assist customers with new registrations, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), plan upgrades and renewals.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customers' needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent after-sales service.
• Handle daily sales transactions, cash collection and documentation accurately.
• Manage SIM card inventory, devices and stock records.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events and outdoor sales activities.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the outlet.
