Job summary

Yk International Network Sdn Bhd in Petaling is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support daily phone warehouse operations. You will help receive, check, and record mobile devices, ensuring accurate stock entries.

Collaborating with technicians and internal teams, you will monitor device movement, update inventory records, and prepare warehouse reports to maintain smooth operations and timely stock status updates.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Able to work independently and in a team to ensure stock accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily phone warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and recording mobile devices.
• Check device details such as model, storage capacity, quantity and condition.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor device movement and status during the repair and testing process.
• Follow up on pending or REDO devices and update the relevant team accordingly.
• Verify outgoing devices against invoices or order details before handover.
• Assist with daily stock counts and ensure physical stock matches inventory records.
• Prepare and update warehouse reports and records.
• Coordinate with Technicians and internal teams regarding stock movement and device status.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
