You will deliver high-quality content, UI text, and developer guides, while ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Prioritization and teamwork are essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
• Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and present them clearly in text and visuals.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
• 3–6 years of software documentation experience for mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to understand the product and documentation needs.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets standards and is appropriate for the audience.
• Write clear user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use various applications.
• Analyze existing content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
