Gen is seeking a Manager to lead a team building and scaling machine learning and AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role blends people leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional execution to move experiments into production and shape the team's roadmap.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI capabilities, while mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading machine learning or AI initiatives from idea to production.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical team members.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, experimentation, statistics, and software engineering.
• Good programming knowledge with Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying and operating ML systems in production.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, high-impact AI solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance machine learning and AI team with a culture of ownership and learning.
• Shape the technical direction of ML/AI initiatives aligned with product goals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data and platform teams to translate business problems into ML/AI solutions.
• Guide projects from exploration through production, monitoring and iteration.
• Drive standards in experimentation, model evaluation, and governance across the team.
• Design scalable ML systems and workflows to improve delivery velocity.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate new ML ideas and guide adoption where business value is created.
• Build repeatable capabilities and internal platforms to support multiple ML projects.
