eTeam seeks an experienced Lead AI Engineer / Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions. You will drive production‑grade GenAI apps, collaborate with stakeholders, and own end‑to‑end delivery from backend services to UI layers.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in GenAI, and hands‑on experience building scalable, secure AI applications using modern stacks and orchestration tools.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional full‑stack software development and systems engineering.
• At least 2 years deploying production‑grade Generative AI apps.
• Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience with React/TypeScript, Streamlit, Chainlit or equivalents.
• Hands‑on with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or custom state machines.
• Knowledge of enterprise RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search & retrieval.
• Experience with vector databases like Qdrant/Milvus/Pinecone/Chroma.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, testing & production deployment.
• Understanding of data integration (ETL, SQL/NoSQL) and enterprise systems.
• Familiar with LLM evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and attribution.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end GenAI and Agentic AI apps for enterprise use cases.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with Python and modern frontend tech (React/TS).
• Develop multi‑agent AI workflows using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom state machines.
• Design enterprise RAG systems with advanced retrieval and vector databases.
• Create AI‑driven solutions for automation, planning, cost estimation, and reporting.
• Implement evaluation, safety, citations, and human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
• Integrate AI apps with databases, repos, APIs, and business systems; ensure security & scalability.
• Deploy and maintain production apps using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infra.
