Job summary

Gen seeks a Manager, Machine Learning & AI to lead a team delivering scalable ML/AI solutions with measurable business impact. You will blend people leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional execution to move ideas from experimentation to production.

You will guide architecture, evaluate modern ML methods, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and platform teams to ensure reliable, value-driven outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading machine learning or AI initiatives from idea to production.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical team members.
• Strong foundation in ML, experimentation, statistics, and software engineering.
• Good programming knowledge with Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ML/AI team with ownership and continuous learning.
• Shape technical direction of ML/AI initiatives aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and platform teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
