Job summary

COFFEE CATCHER SDN BHD in Subang Jaya is seeking a beverage product developer to create and standardize new drinks across coffee, tea, mocktails, and fruit-based beverages.

You will conduct R&D based on trends, ensure consistency of taste and presentation, prepare recipe cards and costing sheets, source new ingredients, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations on launches.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and standardize new beverage recipes (coffee, tea, mocktails, fruit-based drinks, and signature beverages).
• Conduct beverage R&D based on market trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Prepare recipe cards, SOPs, and costing sheets for beverage products.
• Source and test new ingredients to improve product offerings.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams for new product launches and promotions.
