Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Site Operator in Pengerang, Johor. The ideal candidate will manage software tools for site quality control databases and perform data analysis. Responsibilities include updating quality manuals, validating records, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a university degree, a valid CIDB Green Card, and 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably with Petronas projects. Excellent communication and management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MILEMATE! or similar completion/quality management systems is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess a valid CIDB Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage software tools related to site quality control databases.
• Perform relevant data analysis.
• Check and update the MILEMATE! Manual and tool.
• Review project procedures and support during project setup.
• Validate and upload quality control records.
• Prepare reports and support quality reporting.
• Interface with ICT regarding MILEMATE! operations.
• Cooperate with various teams for Completion Database requirements.
• Assist, train, and support subcontractors about quality control.
