Job summary

Axi is seeking a Middle Office professional in Malaysia for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own daily reconciliations, platform health checks, and discrepancy investigations across MT4, MT5, and proprietary systems, with senior support and cross-functional exposure.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a middle office or brokerage setting, strong Excel skills, and a basic grasp of trading fundamentals. English fluency is essential, and familiarity with data tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a middle office, trading operations, or brokerage operations environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills you actually use day-to-day: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation workbooks.
• Working knowledge of trading fundamentals—positions, P&L, and client accounts in live brokerage context.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with precision to document discrepancies for senior reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliations of client positions, cash balances, and Prime Broker accounts with clear escalation of complex discrepancies.
• Administer MT4, MT5, and proprietary trading platforms with back-office configuration and rebate processing.
• Monitor trading platform health in real time and escalate issues before they reach clients.
• Lead end-to-end investigation of routine trading and reconciliation discrepancies with clear documentation.
