Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM Functional Consultant to support our ERP transformation initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on SCМ processes, end-to-end implementations, and collaboration with business stakeholders to design scalable, go-live-ready solutions.

You will configure SCM modules, conduct Fit-Gap analyses, run CRP workshops, and assist with data migration, security setup, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM solutions.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Master Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4+ full lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O SCM solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for D365 F&O configurations.
• Conduct process assessments and re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Configure and implement P2P, O2C, Master Planning, Advanced Warehouse Management, Inventory Management.
• Drive Fit-Gap Analysis, workshops, and CRP sessions.
• Provide functional support during maintenance, enhancements, and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Perform configuration, testing, validation, and UAT activities.
• Support data migration including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM Functional Consultant to join our ERP transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Supply Chain Management processes and hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, configure SCM modules, and support successful project delivery from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in 3-4+ full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and transform them into effective D365 F&O solutions.
• Conduct business process assessments, process re-engineering, and solution design to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and implement D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules, including:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Master Planning
• Advanced Warehouse Management
• Inventory Management
• Drive Fit-Gap Analysis, solution workshops, and Conference Room Pilots (CRP).
• Provide functional support for D365 F&O application maintenance, enhancements, and operations.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Perform solution configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Configure application security, user roles, and access controls.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in cutover planning, master data validation, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate project risks and ensure successful delivery.
