Job summary

SoftwareOne in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Workplace Consultant to design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions, guiding customers through transformation and delivering expert technical support to enable secure collaboration.

You will lead migrations, optimize deployments, and contribute to presales with solution design and technical presentations, working across delivery and support teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, security services).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and interest in automation and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across core platforms.
• Lead migration and modernization projects to cloud-based workplace solutions.
• Provide expert technical support for Microsoft 365 services and resolve complex issues.
• Support customer engagements through assessments, workshops, and technical advisory services.
• Contribute to presales activities with requirements gathering and solution design.
• Create high-quality technical documentation and share knowledge across teams.
