Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; certifications are a plus.

• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product specialists, credit, operations) to deliver seamless client service.

Job Summary

Job Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, SC licenses) will be an added advantage.
