* Identify client financial needs and cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and treasury solutions.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to provide appropriate and compliant financial advice to clients.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
* Prepare and present credit proposals, financial reports, and business plans to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product specialists, credit, operations) to deliver seamless client service.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on retail or corporate clients.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk effectively.
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
