If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.**Job Description:****Key Responsibilities*** ATE Test Program Development: Design, debug, and maintain complex test programs for production, characterization, and qualification on Advantest T2000 and Teradyne UltraFlex platforms (or similar).* Vector Processing and Conversion: Convert test patterns into tester-compatible formats and validate execution across environments.* Hardware Expertise: Define and drive loadboard/socket/handler requirements.* Silicon Characterization: Execute validation across PVT corners.* Optimization: Test flows and test time optimization to achieve cost efficiency.* Production Support: Partner with global manufacturing teams to release test programs and support high-volume ramps; address test escapes, and yield excursions.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to define requirements and deliver high quality test programs.**Education*** Bachelor’s degree plus **8+ years** of related experience, or Master’s degree plus **6+ years** of related experience.**Skills/Experiences*** Deep hands-on experience with Advantest T2000 **and/or** Teradyne UltraFlex testers (or equivalent).* Proven ability to develop and optimize ATE test programs for FPGA devices.* Proficiency in **C/C++, Python** (or similar scripting) for test program development, vector conversion, and pattern processing.* Expertise in large‐scale data analysis to correlate failures and implement yield improvement strategies.* Familiarity with extreme temperature testing and characterization on ATE.* Familiarity with loadboard/probecard design, socket selection, and handler integration **is** **a plus**.**Additional Information:**This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:MalaysiaLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
