This position provides opportunity to develop technical depth and innovation working with the team on worldwide customer engagements.**Responsibilities**· Drive debug and issue resolution for customers, including direct engagement with strategic customers across various industry and segments. Demonstrate breadth in resolution of issues that range across various industries, applications and use cases.· Practice efficient debug and troubleshooting across the full spectrum of the FPGA development cycle, including areas such as RTL design, PCB board design, FPGA architecture, FPGA timing closure, soft-IP integration, embedded systems design, implementation for protocols across various industries, and deployment on hardware.· Transform TS ticket trends & root cause into engineering improvements. This includes improving design collaterals to enhance the customers’ development journey (Reference Designs, User Guides, Application Notes) and engaging with R&D teams on product enhancements to meet customer needs.· Augment the Lattice field team by providing technical guidance via technical training and developing new design collaterals to enrich the existing Lattice ecosystem.· Utilize AI to transform existing workflows into processes and interactions that are more meaningful and efficient.**Experience**· Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics engineering or relevant experience. Exposure to debug across silicon, software, IP, board, and RTL design are pluses.· Ability to work through ambiguities and utilize frameworks that scales the team to support more products and higher complexity issues.· Outstanding communication skills.
