This role involves sustaining High Volume Manufacturing activities interfacing with the OSATs in Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea. This position will also oversee sustaining of ATE test programs, Sort/Package test yields, Bring up new test setups in OSATs with stable yields, Monitor and improve test outputs across OSATs and ensuring a smooth transition from engineering to high-volume manufacturing.This position is based in Penang/Malaysia**Key Responsibilities*** Manage a team of Leads/Engineers working on product sustaining activities supporting volume ramp* Manage all OSAT Test engineering activities in Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea. Build relationship with OSATs, work with them to identify the opportunities to improve delivery and meet quarterly targets partnering with Manufacturing Planning team.* Partner with Manufacturing Planning team and address all test engineering issues in OSATs to sustain and expand the test capacity to meet the volume ramp.* Own Product cost roadmap for all high-volume products in manufacturing* Own Test capacity expansion and migration in OSATs.
