ENTEGRIS ( M ) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Metrology Engineer to ensure accurate, reliable measurement systems across FOUP product qualification, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. You will support design qualification, ramp-up, and process changes while maintaining metrology plans aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of metrology, dimensional inspection, or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T, MSA, SPC, and statistical capability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and/or optical measurement systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or FOUP-related products.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, customer specifications, and audit processes.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive improvements under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, and sustain measurement systems, inspection methods, and metrology standards.
• Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including GR&R and capability studies.
• Support FOUP design qualification, engineering changes, and production ramp-up activities.
• Define and maintain metrology plans, specifications, and control strategies aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve measurement-related issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Serve as the metrology SME for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
