Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Metrology/Inspection professional to perform precise measurement tasks using CMM and various instruments, ensuring accurate dimensional layouts. The role involves supporting First Article inspections and GD&T tolerances, with strong emphasis on CAD interpretation and metrology program maintenance.

Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years in manufacturing are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent engineering.
Fresh graduate or 1–2 years' experience in manufacturing.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Able to work overtime and shifts when necessary.
Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Perform measurement tasks using CMM and other instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Support Receiving Inspection and First Article Inspection Reports with GD&T tolerances.
Read and interpret CAD models and drawings to operate CMM and other equipment.
Assist Supplier Quality Engineers with part qualification, tolerance stack-ups, and troubleshooting.
Program, evaluate, and maintain metrology equipment.
