Entegris, Inc. seeks an Engineer II in Analytics & Metrology to develop and sustain measurement systems for FOUP product qualification and manufacturing. You will lead MSA studies, define metrology plans, and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to support ramp-up and audits.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, hands-on CMM/optical measurements, and collaboration across design, manufacturing, and quality teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of metrology, dimensional inspection, or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T, MSA, SPC, and statistical capability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and/or optical measurement systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and sustain measurement systems, inspection methods, and metrology standards.
• Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including GR&R and capability studies.
• Support FOUP design qualification, engineering changes, and production ramp-up activities.
• Define and maintain metrology plans, specifications, and control strategies aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve measurement-related issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Serve as the metrology subject-matter expert (SME) for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement
