AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks a Merchant Service Executive to build strong merchant relationships, handle complaints and gather market insights for operational improvements. The role includes merchant training and ensuring visibility of forms and POP to maximize exposure and sales.

The ideal candidate has relevant education and is willing to travel, with preference for those with banking/finance sector experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree.
• Preferably with Marketing or Business Administration background.
• Willing to travel and own transport.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with merchants to drive loyalty.
• Handle merchant and customer complaints and feedback with management.
• Gather market information on competitors and customer behavior.
• Conduct training for merchants.
• Ensure form availability and POP display for maximum market exposure.

To create and build up good relationship between organization and merchant to create loyalty business partner.

To handle merchant / customer complain and feedback to management for operation improvement.

To gather market information such as competitor activities and customer behavior.

To conduct training to merchant.

To handle & follow up merchant’s complaints & feedback.

To ensure sufficient form and POP at merchant as well as ensuring maximum market exposure.

Negotiate with merchant in order to get best solution which benefit both company and merchant.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Preferably Senior Executives with more than 5 years working experience specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
