Job summary

EPOS is seeking a highly driven sales professional in Malaysia to drive new business growth by prospecting and acquiring clients for our POS solutions. You will promote EPOS offerings, conduct product demos and outreach to key decision-makers, manage the sales pipeline from lead to close, and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.

Candidates with 2+ years of sales experience, familiarity with POS software, and existing connections in the F&B

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, preferably with POS products.
Experience selling POS solutions and using POS software.
Experience or existing connections in the F&B and/or SME sectors.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients.
Promote and expand EPOS solutions, including POS systems, rewards programs, and other business solutions.
Conduct calls, product demos, events, and outreach activities with key decision-makers.
Manage and take ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.

Requirements

Have previous work experience sales pitching to customers on products, solutions or services; ideally with 2+ years of sales experience
Have experience selling POS solutions and using POS software
Have experience or existing connections in the F&B and/or SME sectors, including engaging restaurant owners or SME business owners in the sales process
You are outgoing and proactively seek opportunities to drive sales
You are a fantastic communicator and have strong ability to influence
You're driven, motivated and committed to success
You're enthusiastic and willing to learn
