Job summary

Eskayvie SDN BHD in Shah Alam is seeking a Merchandising Executive to manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of merchandise, gifts and promotional items. You will coordinate with HQ, distribution centers and event locations to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Business/Marketing/Management or related field, 1–2 years in merchandising or purchasing, vendor management experience, strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, purchasing or related roles.
• Experience in vendor management and sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising and inventory management.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with procurement systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator for merchandise mock-ups is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or event promotion will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with relevant departments on merchandise requirements and availability
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, improve lead times and strengthen supplier performance
• Maintain merchandise-related documentation in accordance with company SOP requirements
