Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Support: Update price ledgers, product lines, and product grades while processing sales orders and artwork approvals.
• Stock Management: Issue purchase orders and allocate stock to branches to support sales activities.
• Business Partner Support: Respond to inquiries about product pricing and stock availability.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers and update them on promotions and stock information.
• Inventory Management: Monitor slow-moving products and adjust prices or run promotions as needed.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports analyzing trends for decision-making.
• Marketing & Promotions: Assist campaigns by creating product package codes and ensuring ad accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Operations Support: Update price ledgers, product lines, and product grades while processing sales orders and artwork approvals.
• Stock Management: Issue purchase orders and allocate stock to branches to support sales activities.
• Business Partner Support: Respond to inquiries about product pricing and stock availability to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers by keeping them informed about in-house promotions and obtaining updated stock information.
• Inventory Management: Monitor slow-moving products and take necessary actions, such as price adjustments or promotions, to optimize inventory turnover.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports by analyzing sales trends to support decision-making for the Head of Department.
• Marketing & Promotions: Assist in marketing campaigns by creating product package codes and ensuring the accuracy of advertisements and promotional materials.
