Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented merchandiser to ensure execution of 5Ps at the trade level and maintain planogram compliance. You will coordinate price and POSM management, ensure timely promo setups, and track promotions at outlets.

You will also support sales by proposing outlet-level orders, aligning with the Sales PIC to manage retail inventory, and monitoring competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Merchandising knowledge and execution at trade level.
• Understanding of 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) in retail.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders for planogram and price compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandising 5Ps are completed at trade level and planogram compliance are met according to brand requirements.
• All 5Ps including price compliance, POSM management and execution, promo set up on time in full, all OSA items are in place and tracking at trade.
• Propose sales orders at outlet level and align with Sales PIC to manage inventory at retail level.
• Track and update competitor activities and promotions.
• Provide product training and product demos to outlet staff.
• Support roadshows and events on merchandising tasks.
