Job summary

Wide Tropism Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Merchandiser in Malaysia to manage in-store presentations across Ampang, KL, Mont Kiara, and surrounding areas.

You will ensure planograms are followed, stock is replenished, expiry dates checked, and promotions displayed to boost sales. Responsibilities include submitting daily/weekly reports via WhatsApp and DingTalk, building good relationships with store PIC and staff, and supporting promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 1 year experience in supermarket/hypermarket & pharmacy merchandising.
• Able to travel to multiple stores (own transport preferred).
• Able to perform store merchandising duties, including lifting and arranging products.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Own vehicle and able to drive to work (car preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are neatly displayed on shelves according to planograms and brand display guidelines.
• Refill stocks from back store and ensure no out-of-stock on shelf.
• Check expiry dates and follow FIFO.
• Place price tags and promotion tags correctly.
• Set up promotional and seasonal displays.
• Submit outlet display images & daily/weekly reports via WhatsApp and DingTalk.
• Build good relationships with store PIC and staff.
• Monitor competitor products and pricing.
• Support sales team during promotions/new launches.
• Take orders for selected pharmacy chain.

Merchandising Territory : Ampang, KL 1, KL2, Mont Kiara, Setapak, Rawang, Jalan Ipoh, Wangsa Maju, Sentul, Selayang, Gombak, Batu Caves

Your role as a Merchandiser:

• Ensure products are neatly displayed on shelves according to planograms and brand display guidelines.
