Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn to plan and develop merchandising strategies that meet customers’ expectations and company values.
• Study outlet's sales figures, customer behaviour, and market info to anticipate product needs and arrange stock.
• Propose and process all sales orders on hand.
• Communicate and negotiate with buyers and analysts on prices, quantities, and time scales.
• Maximize customer interest by displaying products effectively.
• Follow planograms and maintain shelves and inventory.
• Monitor stock movement and plan promotions or markdowns as needed.
• Support the team at trade shows and events as required.
• Communicate sales-related issues to superiors and align with company objectives.
• Build relationships with customers to close deals.
• Stay updated on FMCG industry trends and practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn to plan and develop merchandising strategies that meet customers’ expectations and meet the company’s mission and core values
• Studied outlet's sales figures, customer behaviour, and market info to anticipate product needs and arrange product ranges/stock
• Propose, process, and follow up on all sales orders on hand.
• Communicate, discuss, and collaborate with buyers and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time scales
• Maximizing customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Follow outlet planogram and maintain store shelves and inventory
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear stocks, etc.
• Support the teammates, especially the sales team, on all trade shows/road shows and special events as necessary
• Communicate with immediate superior regarding sales-related issues and also the company's objectives
• Construct and strengthen customer/buyer relationships by building pipelines to close deals
• Remains up to date with all FMCG industry trends and practices

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM , or Diploma in Business Studies or any field of related.
• Without experience are encourage to apply. (promoter, sales retail)
